Two things Unicity impresses on our readers, time and again, for optimal health are 1) the need for sleep, and 2) the need to keep hydrated.
With regard to #2 – drinking water to keep hydrated, following are excerpts and links to some articles that say it very well:
a) “When you were a kid in school, you learned that each molecule of water is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. You may also have learned that it was great fun to fill up your squirt guns with water, at least until the principal caught you. What you may not have learned, however, was that you need water to be a healthy human being.” Read the rest of this article HERE.
b) “The ability of water to disassemble and rearrange other molecules is essential to the chemistry of life. It does this by forming weak bonds with the other molecules. This is often why we refer to water as the universal solvent. Water is a perfect conductor of electricity and this becomes important in the day to day operation of our bodies. For example, the electrical potential is shared between the brain neurons through electrochemical transmitters. This electrical potential of brain chemistry must be present for any of our “thoughts” to take place.” Read the rest of this article HERE.
c) “Every cell in your body needs water from head to toe. That is why it is so important to drink enough fluid. Take for example, brain consists of 90% of water, if you do not supply enough water to your body, your brain cannot function well…” Read the rest of this articleHERE.
Now, please go drink some water!
Diabetes is a Worldwide Issue

For several years, the United States has had the highest obesity rate of any country in the world. But this shouldn’t lead us to believe that the U.S. is the only country facing this epidemic. Citizens of several other first-world nations—Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the Czech Republic, and other—are also experiencing above-average obesity rates.
On top of that, the International Diabetes Federation recently predicted at least one in ten adults in the world could have diabetes by 2030. There are also estimations that about 350 million people will die from diabetes in that time.
The problems associated with obesity and diabetes are not limited to our home countries—wherever those may be—but are part of a worldwide issue that needs to be addressed and tackled.
Unicity International has several products specifically designed to help your body if you are diabetic or prediabetic. Our experts at Unicity Sciences are committed to helping people all over the world overcome these trial that are causing so many to struggle throughout the world.
We hope to turn this trend around. We don’t want to see the world reach a point where one in ten are diabetic. We don’t want millions of people to die each year from the effects of the disease. We want to join with people around the world as part of the movement to fight obesity and diabetes.
